This is core thrust working area of the company. Company manufactures GREY CAST IRON CASTINGS , as per Indian Standard (IS:210) in various grades. Product mix of castings comprise of Double Flanged Pipes as per IS:7181, ISI marked Cast Iron Specials & fittings as per IS:5531 & IS:1538 for asbestos pressure and cast iron pipes respectively, ISI marked C.I Detachable (D) Joints, Flexible Coupling for fast repairing of C I pipe lines, Man Hole Cover, Industrial Castings like Gears, pinions, fly wheels, End Rings, Poha Machine Rings and Rollers etc. In short you name any cast iron castings and company manufacture it as per your drawing and design.
Wing- III -Fabrication & Finishing
This section deals with finishing & machining of
castings made. Workshop is equipped with numerous machines
like Lathes, Shapers, Redial Drills, Pillar Drills, Snagging
Grinders, Bench Grinders and lot of other hand tools.
A well trained
work force and fitters make sure that each castings is
machined and finished to the best of desired drawing and
design. Fabrication section undertakes the jobs of sheet
metal working, fine welding and assembling as per the job
requirement.

State of the Art Engineering
Metal Castings & Engineering, a Small Scale Industrial (SSI) unit was incorporated in the year 1990. Initially , the company started with the production of simple cast iron castings and is now specialised in the manufacture of high pressure water supply pipes, fittings and valves. Another wing of the unit manufactures the food processing machinery and spares for flour, rice and poha(flaked rice) mills. It has modern state of the art plant and machinery which is at par with the best in the industry. This organisation mainly consist of its three wings, which are Designing, Castings, fabrication & finishing.
